Et spesielt svovelholdig gjødningsmiddel innbefatter en uniform dispersjon av svovel og minst ett element valgt fra gruppen bestående av ammoniumsulfat, ammoniumfosfat og blandinger derav, hvor svovelet har en gjennomsnittlig partikkelstørrelse på mindre enn 100 |4m. Det er beskrevet en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av det granulerte, svovelholdige gjødningsmiddelet.
