Abstract

Anvendelsen av polare, organiske oppløsnlngsraidler som oppløsningsmidler ved direkte fluorerlng for frem- stilling av et a-fluorketon, via en enolester eller en enoltrialkylsilyleter av en forbindelse inneholdende en tautomeriserbar ketongruppe, hvorved oppløsningsmidlet er relativt inert overfor fluor og et hvori enolesteren eller enoltrialkylsilyleteren er relativt stabil mot hydrolyse. Fortrinnsvis er oppløsningsmidlet vannfrltt, f.eks. vannfri acetonitril. Alternativ kommersiell maursyre Inneholdende 356 vann kan benyttes med en slik enolester.
