Abstract

Intelligent nett, omfattende tjenestesvitsjepunkter (SSP), der anropssvitsjingen utføres, og der data som relaterer seg til anrop og signaler som indike-rer forskjellige hendelser relatert til anropene, blir generert, samt tjenestestyrepunkter (SCP) forbundet med tjenestesvitsjepunktene (SSP) for å motta anropsdata og hendelsessignaler og for styring av svitsjepunkter. Et tjenestestyrepunkt (SCP) omfatter en tjenestestyrefunksjon (SCF) for prosessering av hendelser som relaterer seg til anrop, idet tjenes-tefunksjonen (SCF) omfatter på sin side forhåndsde-finerte byggeblokker eller styretyper, som blir ut-ført for spesifikke hendelser som relaterer seg til et anrop. For å kunne skaffe et grensesnitt til det indre som tillater en form for kundekonstruksjon eller kundeprogrammering, spesielt til servere (CSP_1, CSP_2,...) omfattende en form for tjenestefunksjon (CSF_1, CSF_2,...) som blir levert av den kunde som betjener serveren, blir serverne forbundet med net-tet bare ved hjelp av et enkeltstående tjenestestyrepunkt (SCP). Tjenestestyrefunksjonen (SCF) i dette tjenestestyrepunkt (SCP) omfatter derfor en fjern-prosedyre-byggeblokk (RPROC), som når den blir ut-ført for en hendelse som relaterer seg til et anrop, overfører data som relaterer seg til anropet, til en databuffer. Funksjonene (CSF_1, CSF_2,...) i serveren aksesserer databufferen gjennom en fjernprosedy-refunksjon (RPF_1, RPF_2,...) for å prosessere dataene og lagre dataene i en andre databuffer. Fjern-prosedyre-byggeblokken (PROC) vil deretter aksesse-re denne databuffer og gjør de prosesserte data til-gjengelige til andre byggeblokker som anropsdata.
