Abstract
Ved hjelp av hydrosykloner blir forholdsvis lette og tunge forurensninger separert fra en massesuspensjon. Ifølge oppfinnelsen blir først lette forurensnin- ger separert fra massesuspensjonen og massesuspensjonens fiberkonscntrasjon blir vesentlig øket ved hjelp av en første flerhydrosyklonenhet (6) omfattende et antall parallellkoplede hydrosykloner som er konstruert for separering av lette for- urensninger, og deretter blir tunge forurensninger separert fra massesuspensjo- nen med den økede fiberkonsentrasjon ved hjelp av en andre flerhydrosyklon- enhet (13) omfattende et antall parallellkoplede hydrosykloner som er konstruert for separering av tunge forurensninger.By means of hydrocyclones, relatively light and heavy pollutants are separated from a pulp suspension.
