Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en fremgangsmåte og utstyr for assistering av en strøm av offshore-oljeproduksjon. Minst tre produksjonsledninger (14, 15, 16) benyttes. Disse er forbundet med hverandre i nærheten av offshore-brønnhoder eller manifolder (1) og danner to U-formede rørlengder (2 eller 3) som kretser for passering av den produserte hydrokarbonblanding. Et mekanisk grensesnitt (12) innføres periodisk i den ene (14 eller 15) av de U-formede rørgrenerog vil, drevet av høytrykksgass, bevege seg gjennom rørlengden (2 eller 3) og tilbake til oppsamlingssenteret 20. Under sin passering vil grensesnittet skyve på det volum av hydrokarbonblanding som har akkumulert seg i ledningene (14/16 eller 15/16).
