Abstract

Den følgende beskrivelse angår en frekvensomformer (1) for anvendelser på millimeterradiobølger. Kretsstrukturen innbefatter et diplekserfilter realisert i tynnfilm på et aluminalag forbundet med en balun dannet av en kvartsplate på hvilken kvartsplate to miksedioder i GaAs har blitt montert, anbrakt i midten av et rektangulært hufrom (2) lukket på en side av en kortslutningsplate og på den motsatte side kommuniserende med en rektangulær bølgeleder (4) hvilken bølgeleder transporterer et radiofrekvenssignal RF.
