Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en forbedret krympefilm som tilveiebringes ved å selektivt kontrollere og optimere tetthetsdifferensialen mellom minst to bestanddeler av polyolefinpolymer for å tilveiebringe snevre tetthets-fraksjoner. Ett formål med foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en biaksialorientert krympefilm av polyolefin som har balanserte egenskaper, og et annet formål med foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler en orientert krympefilm som har forbedret seighet. Foreliggende oppfinnelse omhandler også en biaksialorientert frem-gangsmåte for fremstilling av en forbedret krympefilm med anvendelse av grundig utarbeidde teknikker for krympeorientering, som for eksempel opphenging i spennramme (tenter framing), "double-bubble", "trapped bubble", "tape" orientering eller kombinasjoner av disse. Den første polymerbestanddelen av polyolefin er mest foretrukket en vesentlig lineær interpolymer av eten/a-olefin med lavere tetthet, og polymerbestanddelen nummer to av polyolefin en hetero-gent forgrenet interpolymer av eten/a-olefin med høyere tetthet.
