Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en fremgangsmåte for gjenvinning av gass fra klatrathydrat omfattende trinnene med: (a) tilveiebringelse av et klatrathydrat inne i en behandlingssone (b) anbringelse av en kilde for elektromagnetisk stråling inne i behandlingssonen for klatrathydratet, og (c) gjenvinning av gass fra klatrathydratet ved å rette elektromagnetisk stråling fra kilden for elektromagnetisk stråling i trinn (b) mot klatrathydratet ved en frekvens i området fra likestrøm til synlig lys med en energidensitet tilstrekkelig til å dissosiere klatrathydratet for å utvikle dets gassbestanddel.
