Abstract
En fremgangsmåte er foreslått for å gjenvinne og konsentrere perfluorerte forbindelser og hydrofluorkarbongasser fra effluentgasser i fremstillingsprosesser. Fremgangsmåten omfatter at gassen bringes i kontakt med en membranmodul utstyrt med uorganiske molekylarsiktmembraner og pålegging av en trykkdifferans over membranen ved å komprimere mategassen eller påtrykke et vakuum på permeatet eller begge. PFC og HFC gassene tilbakeholdes i meget høy grad i det det oppnås høyere konsentrasjoner PFC og HFC komponenter samtidig som man reduserer størrelsen av eller eliminerer behovet for komplimentere prosesser for å fjerne PFC og HFC gasser som ellers kunne passere gjennom mebranen til permeatsiden.
