Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en kontinuerlig emballeringsteknikk hvorved et volum med komprimerbart materiale blir komprimert mellom to konvergerende transportbånd, der volumet innledende blir plassert og drevet under komprimering mellom to kontinuerlige emballeringsfilmstrimler, gjensidig forbundet på hver side av volumet med en gang den pålcrevede grad av komprimering har blitt oppnådd. Oppfinnelsen er kjennetegnet ved at etter at det har blitt gjenlatt en lengde L med emballeringsfilm mellom to etterfølgende volumer, blir avstanden mellom den bakre enden av et første volum og den fremre enden av det neste volumet justert slik at det er lik lengen L på det tidspunkt der de to strimlene gjensidig blir bundet i emballeringstrinnet. Oppfinnelsen er nyttig Tor behandling av isolasjonsprodukter basert på mineralull.
