Abstract

Farmasøytisk doseringsform som omfatter, i en del derav, en i alt vesentlig eneste (+)-enantiomer av en chiral droge forskjellig fra verapamil og, i en annen separat del derav, en i alt vesentlig eneste (-)-enantiomer av drogen, hvor i bruk de forskjellige enantiomerer blir frigjort ved forskjellige hastigheter fra doseringsformen. Doseringsformen er nyttig for administrering av chirale droger hvor begge enantiomerer har en gyldig farmasøytisk input, og hvor en klinisk nytte kan realiseres ved å styre frigjøringshastighetene for disse enantiomerer. Eksempler på slike droger inkluderer spesielt tramadol og warfarin.
