Abstract

Det beskrives fremstillingen av formlegemer på basis av pyrogent fremstilt blandingsoksid med de følgende fysikalske-kjemiske merkedata: Ytre diameter BET-areal Porevolumen Bruddfasthet Sammensetning 0,8-25 mm 5- 400 m2/g 0,2-l ,8 ml/g 5 til 350 N Minst to av gruppen Si02, ANO.^, Ti02 og ZrO2 i en hvilken som helst valgfri kombinasjon dog med unntak av SiO2 - AI2O3 blandingsoksid i hvilken SiO2 er tilstede i > 75 vekt-%. Andre bestanddeler Tilsynelatende tetthet < l vekt-% 250-l 500 c/1 hvor man homogeniserer det pyrogent fremstilte blandingsoksid valgfritt med en eller flere forbindelser fra gruppen metylcellulose, metylhydroksyetylcellulose, voks, polyetylenglykol, magnesiumstearat eller aluminiumstearat under tilsetning av vann. tørker ved en temperatur på 70 - 150°C, eventuelt findeler til et pulver, eventuelt presser pulveret til formlegemer og tempererer i lopet av et tidsrom på 0,5 til 10 timer ved en temperatur fra 400 til 1200°C. Disse formlegemer kan anvendes som katalysator eller katalysatorbærer ved etylen- og propylcnhydratisering.
