Abstract
Polysakkarider oppnådd ved ekstrudering er fremlagt som er spesielle ved det at de er direkte akariogene uten at det er nødvendig for dem å gjennomgå ytterligere behandling etter ekstrudering for å fjerne fermenterbare forbindelser ansvarlige for dental caries. En fremgangsmåte for fremstillingen av slike polysakkarider er også beskrevet.
