Abstract

Machine de décorticage de noix de karité et de dépulpage de noix de palme pour la production d'huiles ou la préparation de sauce graine (sauce de noix de palme), elle permet de diminuer les contraintes, la pénibilité et le temps de décorticage des noix de karité. Elle constitue également une machine de dépulpage des noix de palme, simple d'usage pour les utilisateurs (principalement les femmes). Elle permet de dépulper en continue les noix de palme ou de décortiquer les noix de karité en continue quelle que soit la quantité. L'invention, principalement constituée moteur électrique ou d'un moteur thermique (14) posé sur le châssis (1) comporte une cage cylindrique (2) dans laquelle est introduit un arbre constitué d'un axe de rotation (15), d'une vis sans fin (13) et de fouets ou batteurs (11), lesquels fouets permettent de battre les noix de palme ou de karité pour respectivement les dépulper ou les décortiquer. La vis sans fin (13) permet de pousser la matière vers l'avant jusqu' la sortie (19). La cage cylindrique (2) repose sur un socle composé de deux cornières (22) soudées des deux côtés latéraux de la cage cylindrique (2) elle-même. L'ensemble est soudé ou serré par des boulons (12) sur le châssis (1). Généralement, pour obtenir l’huile de karité, l’on passe par un long processus dont le début et le plus important est le décorticage des noix de karité.
