ESTA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN METODO DE FORMACION DE GRANULOS DE AZITROMICINA NO DIHIDRATO, QUE COMPRENDE MEZCLAR PARTICULAS DE AZITROMICINA NO DIHIDRATO, CON UNA CANTIDAD DE GRANULACION DE UN LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION, Y OPCIONALMENTE, CON PARTICULAS DE UNO O MAS EXCIPIENTES, PARA FORMAR GRANULOS HUMEDOS QUE COMPRENDEN AZITROMICINA NO DIHIDRATO Y EL LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION. LOS GRANULOS SE SECAN DESPUES PARA SEPARAR EL LIQUIDO DE GRANULACION. LA INVENCIÓN ADEMAS SE REFIERE A UNA COMPOSICION FARMACEUTICA QUE COMPRENDE GRANULOS DE UNA AZITROMICINA NO DIHIDRATO Y AL MENOS UN EXCIPIENTE FARMACEUTICAMENTE ACEPTABLE.
