CARACTERIZADA PORQUE EN UNA INSTALACION QUE TIENE UN NIVEL MUY BAJO O INEXISTENTE CORRIENTE ABAJO DE LA TURBINA SE PREVE UN DISPOSITIVO TAL COMO UN CUERPO HIDRODINAMICO, CON EL CUAL SE PUEDE IMPEDIR QUE LA CORRIENTE SE DESPRENDA DEL CANO CHUPADOR. TAMBIEN DICHA TURBINA PRESENTA UN EJE DE ROTACION HORIZONTAL U OBLICUO CON RESPECTO A LA HORIZONTAL, ASI TAMBIEN UN RODETE DE TURBINA SOBRE EL CUAL SE ENCUENTRAN DISPUESTAS DE MANERA RIGIDA UNA MULTIPLICIDAD DE PALETAS DE TURBINA. ADEMAS DE UNA UNIDAD GENERADORA DE TURBINA Y UN MODULO GENERADOR DE TURBINAS. EL OBJETIVO ES CREAR UNA TURBIA O UNIDAD GENERADORA DE TURBINA QUE PUEDA SER OPERADA CON ELEVADO RENDIMIENTO HIDRAULICO AUN CUANDO SU CANO CONECTADO CORRIENTE ABAJO NO DESEMBOQUE O SOLO DESEMBOQUE PARCIALMENTE EN EL AGUA DE AGUAS ABAJO Y QUE SEA DE CONSTRUCCION MUY SENCILLA
