Abstract

Se proporciona una capa de refuerzo de fibra para correas transportadoras, que permite mejorar la calidad de la apariencia y la productividad a pesar del uso de fibras de poliester en los hilos de trama. Los hilos de urdimbre y los hilos de trama de una capa de refuerzo de fibra incrustados en una correa transportadora se obtienen a partir de fibras de poliester, los hilos de trama son hilos con una sola torsion en los cuales se disponen varios filamentos que se tuercen en una sola direccion, el conteo de torsiones (T) va de 8 a 10 (torsiones/10 cm) si la densidad de masa lineal (D) de los hilos de trama es al menos 840 dtex y menor que 2,200 dtex, de 7 a 8 (torsiones/10 cm) si la densidad de masa lineal (D) es al menos 2,200 dtex y menor que 4,400 dtex, y de 6 a 7 (torsiones/10 cm) si la densidad de masa lineal (D) es al menos 4,400 dtex y menor que 6,700 dtex
