Abstract

Metodo y sistema de deteccion de zonas de saturacion o zonas no irrigadas, en pilas de lixiviacion, con el fin de asistir en la gestion y el control del riego en pilas de lixiviacion que comprende: a) posicionar una plataforma aerea no tripulada altamente estable y maniobrable con la camara termica infrarroja montada, a una determinada altura sobre uno de los extremos de la pila de lixiviacion mediante un sistema de control remoto, o bien, mediante un sistema autonomo de posicionamiento; b) sobrevolar dicha pila con sobrevuelos a una determinada altura sobre esta; c) adquirir/capturar imagenes termicas de la pila, y enviarlas de forma inalambrica hacia un computador; d) reconstruir termograficamente en un computador, dichas imagenes termicas capturadas, reconstruyendo toda la pila y generando un mapa termografico de la misma; e) clasificar el mapa termografico, en base a 3 clases asociadas a las condiciones de riesgo: zona saturada, zona irrigada correctamente y zona seca; f) determinar las zonas de riego de acuerdo a la clasificacion realizada, donde negro es zona saturada, gris es zona correctamente regada y blanco indica zona seca; y opcionalmente g) controlar el riego, en forma manual o automatica, tomando la accion de control correspondiente; y sistema para implementar este metodo.Method and system for detecting saturation zones or non-irrigated areas, in heap leaching, in order to assist in the management and control of irrigation in heap leaching, comprising: a) positioning a highly stable unmanned aerial platform and maneuverable with the infrared thermal camera mounted, at a certain height on one of the ends of the leaching heap by means of a remote control system, or, by means of an autonomous positioning system; b) flying over said pile with overflights at a certain height above it; c) acquire / capture thermal images from the stack, and send them wirelessly to a computer; d) reconstruct thermographically in a computer, said captured thermal images, reconstructing the entire pile and generating a thermographic map of it; e) classify the thermographic map, based on 3 classes associated with risk conditions: saturated area, properly irrigated area and dry area; f) determine the irrigation areas according to the classification made, where black is a saturated area, gray is a properly watered area and white indicates a dry area; and optionally g) control irrigation, manually or automatically, taking the corresponding control action; and system to implement this method.
