Abstract
Linea de flotacion para tratar particulas de mena suspendidas en una lechada, que comprende al menos tres unidades de flotacion dispuestas entre si en conexion de fluido para admitir el flujo de lechada impulsado por la gravedad entre las unidades de flotacion, una entrada de alimentacion para suministrar lechada a una primera unidad de flotacion; donde al menos tres unidades de flotacion estan configuradas para que sean uniplanares, cada unidad de flotacion comprende al menos una celda de flotacion; y donde la altura de reborde de lavado (H) de cada unidad de flotacion uniplanar es menor que la altura de reborde de lavado (H) de la unidad de flotacion uniplanar precedente en la direccion del flujo de lechada, de manera que se forma un angulo de inclinacion entre una primera celda de flotacion uniplanar equipada con un reborde de lavado y mayor que 150 m3, y una ultima celda de flotacion uniplanar equipada con un reborde de lavado y mayor que 40 m3; y el angulo es de 1,5 a 10 grados respecto de la horizontal.
