SE REFIERE A UN METODO PARA EVALUAR UN SUJETO PREVIAMENTE DIAGNOSTICADO CON CANCER DE PROSTATA NO AGRESIVO, EL CUAL COMPRENDE: I) SOMETER UNA MUESTRA DE SANGRE A UNO O MAS INMUNOENSAYOS QUE MIDEN LOS NIVELES DE UNO O MAS MARCADORES DE CALICREINA SELECCIONADOS DE ANTIGENO ESPECIFICO DE PROSTATA LIBRE (fPSA), ANTIGENO ESPECIFICO DE PROSTATA INTACTO (iPSA), ANTIGENO ESPECIFICO DE PROSTATA TOTAL (tPSA) Y CALICREINA 2 HUMANA (hK2); Y II) DETERMINAR LA PROBABILIDAD DE QUE UNA BIOPSIA DE TEJIDO DE PROSTATA OBTENIDA DEL SUJETO CONTENGA CANCER DE PROSTATA AGRESIVO DETECTABLE PONDERANDO UNO O MAS MARCADORES DE CALICREINA MEDIDOS Y AL MENOS UN FACTOR CLINICO.
