Abstract

La presente invencion se refiere a un dispositivo de conservacion y/o antifungico para su uso con frutas y hortalizas frescas, incluidos, entre otros, tomates, uvas y frutos de baya como arandanos, fresas, frambuesas y moras. El dispositivo comprende un recipiente de envasado configurado para contener el producto fresco y una pelicula laminada multicapa generadora de dioxido de azufre (SO2) que esta adaptada para sellar el recipiente una vez envasado el producto. La invencion abarca ademas un metodo para conservar productos frescos y/o inhibir el crecimiento de hongos utilizando el dispositivo mencionado.
