Abstract

Provided is an absorbent article that can suppress rear leakage while a user is lying face up. An absorbent article (1) that is provided with a convex part (33) that is arranged further to the width-direction (W) inside than an outside edge (30E) of an absorption body (30) and that is thicker than the outside edge (30E) of the absorption body (30). The absorbent article (1) has: a first curved part (41) that is adjacent to the convex part (33) to the rear side of the convex part (33) and that is configured so as to be capable of bending in the thickness direction of the absorbent article (1); and a second curved part (42) that is configured to the rear side of the first curved part (41) so as to be capable of bending in the thickness direction of the absorbent article (1). The thickness (33T) of the absorption body (30) at the convex part (33) is thicker than the thickness (34T) of the absorption body (30) at a rearward part (34) that is adjacent to the second curved part (42) to the rear side of the second curved part (42).
