Abstract

A workpiece holding jig (30), which holds a workpiece (20) having a surface to be processed so as to hang down and is capable of being electrically connected to a rectifier, comprises: a conductive upper clamping part (510) that clamps the top edge (20a) of the workpiece; conductive first and second side dummy members positioned so as to be near both edges (20c, 20d) of the workpiece; a common conductive member (360) capable of conducting current in conjunction with the rectifier; first branch conductive members (370A, 370B, 531) that are electrically connected to the common conductive member, that branch from the common conductive member, and conduct current in conjunction with the workpiece via the upper clamping part; and second branch conductive members (900A, 900B) that are electrically connected to the common conductive member, branch from the common conductive member, and conduct current in conjunction with the first and second side dummy members.
