Abstract

A foldable shelves holder comprising a vertical angular member and a horizontal angular member, said angular members are hingedly attached to each other at their distal ends by a bolt so that the two angular members form an "L" when in used, one of the sides of the distal end of the horizontal member, wherein the bolt is located, being chamfered so that when this horizontal member is folded upwards, the two members would abut each other, and said members having bolt holes on one their sides so that the vertical member would be bolted on the wall and the horizontal member would bolt a plank to make a shelve, table or desk when in used.
