Abstract
This present utility model discloses a portable wastewater treatment apparatus comprising a wastewater holding tank having an interior adapted to hold and treat wastewater. The holding tank includes a screen chamber provided with a removable basket strainer, an oil removal chamber, an aeration chamber, and a treated water chamber. The wastewater flows into the screen chamber through an inlet provided adjacent thereto, where it flows through the different chambers to facilitate treatment thereof, before being discharged into a receiving body of water through an outlet. The apparatus also includes a means for injecting environment-friendly bacteria into the wastewater in the oil removal chamber and the aeration chamber, a means for injecting water into said oil removal chamber, and a means for injecting air into said aeration chamber to create a homogenous state compatible for the bacteria to thrive. The holding tank is provided with a plurality of removable access covers on the top and is made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion.
