Abstract

An improved lumbar support comprising basically an elongated strap member capable of being fastened on the user's abdomen and having both ends of the strap member being fastened together, said strap member further having pockets at its inner side for containing weights, and an elastic strap at its outer side enabling the strap member to be stretched, characterized in that said strap member being provided with a pair of adjustable shoulder straps being held at the upper portion of the strap member enabling the strap member to be carried on one's shoulder.
