In order to achieve the objective of the present utility model, the sweat absorption pad for absorbing sweat of human body comprises a surface layer being sweat permeable, a back layer being hydrophobic and air permeable, and an absorption layer disposed between the surface layer and the back layer, characterized in that the surface layer comprises a plurality of through holes passing therethrough, and the back layer comprises a plurality of through holes passing therethrough.
