Abstract

A louver assembly for a mechanical fan includes an annular frame and first and second louver blades. The annular frame surrounds an axis and has an inner surrounding surface that surrounds the axis, and an outer surrounding surface that surrounds the inner surrounding surface. The first and second louver blades are surrounded by the annular frame and disposed at opposite sides of the axis. Each of the first and second louver blades has opposite edges that are mounted fixedly to the inner surrounding surface. The first and second louver blades extend to diverge away from each other in an air-drawing direction of the mechanical fan along the axis.
