Abstract

A steel door jamb comprising a jamb body having a pair of spaced apart vertical side jambs and a horizontal head jamb connecting the upper ends of said pair of spaced apart vertical side jambs, said pair of spaced apart vertical side jambs and horizontal head jamb comprises an opposing L-shaped end portions where one end forms a slope portion while the other end forms an L-shaped portion and a horizontal portion connecting both slope portion and L-shaped portion, wherein said jamb body is provided with wood stiffeners for hinges and further wherein said jamb body is provided with wood stiffener for lockset.
