Abstract

Disclosed is a beer freezer defined by a freezer cabinet formed by peripheral walls adapted for stacking bottled beer in a sub-freezing environment having a target temperature below zero degrees Centigrade; and a cooling system that is operable to provide a freezing effect to the freezer cabinet, includes a cooling coil arranged within close physical proximity to the walls of the freezer cabinet and connected to a compressor having a thermostat control knob, characterized in that; a formation arrangement for stacking said bottled beer stacked horizontally side by side from bottom to top inside the cabinet to provide an osmosis freezing effect.
