A feeding bottle sterilizer comprising an octagonally-shaped base member, an octagonally-shaped cover member disposed on top of said octagonally-shaped base member, a tray member disposed within said octagonally-shaped base member and said tray member comprises plurality of spaced apart bottle stands and accessory tray member, said octagonally-shaped base member is provided with a switch, said octagonally-shaped cover member is provided with a circular depression, wherein said circular depression is provided with a handle member, and further wherein said octagonally-shaped base member is provided with an electric heating plate.
