The construction of a heavy duty gas stove with heat resistant glass top comprising of; a housing body with a generally rectangular body having peripheral side wall wherein said housing body being provided with a pair of spacedly disposed aperture on its top portion, a glass top made from tempered stained glass having a generally rectangular body with at least 1/4 inch thickness being screwably mounted on top portion of said housing body allowing the present utility model for a heavy duty gas stove to accomodate bigger and bulkier cooking pots and pans for heavy loads without sacrificing elegance and application of fuel efficient burner.
