Abstract

A plastic diaper clip comprising a clamp member having a front jaw and a hingedly connected rear jaw, said front jaw being provided with a horizontal rib at the front portion and a pair of spaced apart spokes at the rear portion thereof, said rear jaw being defined by a hollow body having a slot at the top portion, a stopper provided along said slot, and a pair of spokes spacedly disposed at the front portion thereof; and an inverted J-shaped locking member having a short arm with an enlarged end that is releasably engaged with the horizontal rib. The longer arm of said locking member is slidably inserted through said slot of said rear jaw, a pair of opposed side protrusions provided at the end portion of said rear arm and being in communication with said stopper.
