Abstract

A padlock hasp for doors according to the present utility model which is mounted on doors comprises a first part that is a base plate with a plurality of holes for screwing the base plate to the edge of a door or the edge of the frame. There is a protruding part protruding from the edge of and standing upright against the base plate, and a hole on the protruding part for hooking the shackle of a padlock. A second part has the same features as the first part. The second part is a base plate having a plurality of holes for screwing the base plate to the edge of another door, a protruding part protruding from the edge of and standing upright against the base plate, and a hole on the protruding part for hooking the shackle of a padlock, wherein there is a cover plate mounted on another end of the protruding upright part parallel with the base plate of the second part. The hasp according to the present utility model may be made from steel that is thick enough to prevent cutting.
