This utility model discloses a combined bottle and associated cover that includes an elongated body having an opened top, a closed bottom portion, and an externally threaded off-set neck portion; an associated cover having an internally threaded circular member removably connected to this externally threaded off-set neck portion of said elongated body, said associated cover having on its top a protruding tubular spout, a hinge secured also to said associated cover proximate said protruding tubular spout, an elongated spout cover with its one end pivotally connected to said hinge and its other end having an internal protruding tubular member in communication with said protruding tubular spout for dispensing the liquids inside said elongated body.
