The utility model relates to a method of preparing pro biotic ice cream with carrots, amapalaya, and okra by cooking of vegetables composed of okra, carrot and ampalaya; slicing and blending the vegetables to create a vegetable paste; adding the vegetable paste to fresh milk to create a mixture; pasteurizing the mixture; chilling the mixture; aging the mixture; adding and mixing probiotic culture into the mixture; beating the mixture until partially hardened; freezing the mixture to create an ice cream.
