This utility model disclosed the processes of producing coconut water treated bottled milkfish (Chanos chanos) in Tomato Sauce for human consumption wherein the composition comprises of milkfish, tomato sauce, tomato katsup, tomato paste, corn oil, refined sugar, iodized salt, hot pepper, pepper corn and bay leaves with the processes such as chilled coconut water-based brine treatment, packing the treated dressed milkfish, steaming, draining, adding of ingredients, exhausting, venting, processing and cooling at ambient condition.
