This utility model discloses the composition of burger patty made from malunggay (Moringga Oleifera) and coconut meat that has excellent nutritional and health qualities comprising the steps of gathering the materials needed in patty making such as malunggay leaves, coconut meat pulp (sapal), onion, garlic, egg, flour and soy sauce, washing malunggay leaves, chopping the washed malunggay leaves into a small pieces, mixing together all other ingredients, mix well, forming a medium sized round flattened patty, pouring oil in a low heat in a griddle pan and frying the patty in 5 minutes.
