Abstract
The present utility model pertains to the method of preparation of Homemade jelly "Sarali" as healthy and delicious sweet preserve. In preparing the fruit for extraction, wash and cut into halves. Boil in water with the ration of 1 part fruit 2 parts water until it turns coffee like in color. Filter and mix the extract with sugar making a 1:1 ratio solution. Boil the mixture until it forms semi hardball gel. Remove from fire, cool, and pour into a glass container. Seal hermitically.
