The utility model relates to a modular block system, especially for house or building construction, comprising the following easily and practically assemblable and installable modular block units onsite: close-bottom wall hollow block units with mortar-free/-unfilled hollow portions, being adhesively installed/piled in upside down position forming wall structure(s); open-bottom column hollow block units with hollow portions rebar-reinforced and filled up with mortar/concrete, forming integral part of resulting column structure(s) serving as supporting posts of the wall structure(s); ring beam/lintel hollow block units reinforcedly formed into and made as part of resulting beam/lintel structure(s) being fixedly mounted on the wall structure(s); rebar-reinforced beam block units with co-extending upstanding built-in reinforcing rebar frameworks, being mounted on the wall and/or ring beam/lintel structure(s); and slab hollow block units horizontally and adjacently arranged and mounted in between pairs of the beam block units, the resulting beam-slab units assembly being adhesively bonded from atop thereof with mortar/concrete, forming floor slab structure(s).
