Abstract
The utility model discloses a method of producing absorbent material from mixtures of fine dry powder, particles and/or granules of silicate, group or mixtures of silicates and/or mixtures of alumino-silicates and/or refractory materials and/or natural occurring minerals, agglomerates of fine particulate components for adsorption and absorption purposes, particularly for animal litter and manure conditioner, manure bedding drier, natural drying agent, industrial absorbent for liquids. the method comprising the steps of: crushing any one of silicates, aluminium silicates, refractory materials, natural minerals, or a mixture thereof, into powder particles; drying the fine powder particles; screening the powder particles, where the particle fraction with sizes between 400 nanometer and 5 milimeters are passed to a rotary drum dryer; cooling down the fine dry powder; mixing additives; and packaging.
