Abstract

The assembly may be used for obtaining product of thermal processing plant-derived raw materials and heat energy. The main objective of the utility model is to develop a continuously operating assembly for thermal processing plant raw materials, whose construction allows for reaching technical result consisting in increasing productivity and reducing the energy consumption of the assembly due to formation of heat transfer medium during burning gaseous products, formed as a result of thermal processing of raw materials in channels for raw materials and transferring heat from the channel for the heat transfer medium via the wall of the adjacent channel with raw material (wherein raw materials and the heat transfer medium move in opposite directions), which makes the assembly autonomous - as the obtained heat is sufficient for heating a new portion of raw materials, the process is running continuously and allows for using heat energy efficiently.
