Abstract

The disclosure relates to a novel Peltier tile-based thermoelectric generator and cooler system constructed to maximize the temperature difference between either sides of each Peltier tile and, thus, increase electrical outputs. Five identical thermoelectric modules comprising a Peltier tile sandwiched with heatsinks were assembled in a cross formation, with a hollow space in the middle for the cuboidal coolant core. The cuboidal coolant core is made of copper and houses the gelatinized water as the coolant. A frame is assembled on at least one face of each of the thermoelectric modules to provide attachment support.
