Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw elementów ornamentu swiatecznego, przeznaczony do nanoszenia zwlaszcza na materialach wlókienniczych, a takze na dowolnych materialach i wyrobach, w tym na papierze lub na tworzywach, przy czym ornament swiateczny wykonany moze byc w dowolnej kolorystyce oraz w dowolnych zestawieniach kolorystycznych i odcieniach uzytych kolorów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, przedstawiajacej zestaw elementów ornamentu swiatecznego, gdzie: fig. 1 przedstawia element zestawu ornamentu swiatecznego, stanowiacy kompozycje skladajaca sie z polaczonych wzajemnie fantazyjnych elementów falistych z pólkolistymi wypustami bocznymi, w ksztalcie zblizonym do wizerunku lisci akantu, które tworza ciagla linie w formie rozwartych ramion, u podstawy zakonczonych wizerunkiem dwóch dzwonków z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobionych fantazyjnymi elementami w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, przy czym po obu stronach dzwonków umieszczone sa liscie; fig. 2 przedstawia element zestawu ornamentu swiatecznego, stanowiacy kompozycje skladajaca sie z polaczonych wzajemnie fanta2yjnych elementów falistych z pólkolistymi wypustami bocznymi, w ksztalcie zblizonych do wizerunku lisci akantu, które tworza linie w formie rozwartych ramion, u podstawy zakonczonych wizerunkiem dwóch szyszek, przy czym po obu stronach szyszek umieszczone sa liscie;- fig. 3 przedstawia element zestawu ornamentu swiatecznego, stanowiacy kompozycje skladajaca sie z polaczonych wzajemnie fantazyjnych elementów falistych z pólkolistymi wypustami bocznymi, w ksztalcie zblizonym do wizerunku lisci akantu, które tworza ciagla linie w formie polaczonych ze soba wyoblonych ramion, u podstawy zakonczonych wizerunkiem dwóch dzwonków z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobionych fantazyjnymi elementami w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, przy czym po obu stronach dzwonków umieszczone sa liscie. Cechy istotne zestawu elementów ornamentu swiatecznego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze stanowi on kompozycje skladajaca sie z polaczonych wzajemnie fantazyjnych elementów falistych z pólkolistymi wypustami bocznymi, w ksztalcie zblizonych do wizerunku lisci akantu, które tworza linie w formie polaczonych ze soba rozwartych ramion lub ramion wyoblonych, u podstawy zakonczonych wizerunkiem dwóch dzwonków z widocznym wahadlem, ozdobionych fantazyjnymi elementami w postaci gietych linii oraz kropek, albo zakonczonych wizerunkiem dwóch szyszek, przy czym po obu stronach dzwonków albo szyszek umieszczone sa liscie.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of Christmas ornament elements, intended to be applied, in particular, to textile materials, as well as to any materials and products, including paper or plastics, whereby the Christmas ornament may be made in any colour scheme and in any colour combinations and shades of colours used. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows a set of Christmas ornament elements, where: Fig. 1 shows an element of a Christmas ornament set, constituting a composition consisting of interconnected fanciful wavy elements with semicircular side projections, in a shape similar to the image of acanthus leaves, which create a continuous line in the form of open arms, at the base ending with the image of two bells with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful elements in the form of bent lines and dots, with leaves placed on both sides of the bells; Fig. 2 shows an element of a Christmas ornament set, constituting a composition consisting of interconnected fanciful wavy elements with semicircular side projections, in a shape similar to the image of acanthus leaves, which form lines in the form of open arms, at the base terminating in the image of two pine cones, with leaves placed on both sides of the pine cones; - Fig. 3 shows an element of a Christmas ornament set, constituting a composition consisting of interconnected fanciful wavy elements with semicircular side projections, in a shape similar to the image of acanthus leaves, which form a continuous line in the form of interconnected rounded arms, at the base terminating in the image of two bells with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful elements in the form of bent lines and dots, with leaves placed on both sides of the bells. The essential features of a set of Christmas ornament elements according to an industrial design are that it is a composition consisting of interconnected fanciful wavy elements with semicircular side projections, in the shape similar to the image of acanthus leaves, which create lines in the form of interconnected open arms or rounded arms, at the base ending with the image of two bells with a visible pendulum, decorated with fanciful elements in the form of curved lines and dots, or ending with the image of two pine cones, with leaves placed on both sides of the bells or cones.
