Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Przednia czesc kolpaka, w widoku od czola, przypomina ksztalt kola ze szprychami, przy czym jego obrzeze stanowi profilowany pierscien i , zas jego srodkowa czesc - wypukla tarcza 2 posiadajaca w czesci obwodowej wybrania 3 przechodzace, stopniowo, w otwory 4 o ksztaltach przypominajacych trójkaty równoramienne, które skierowane sa zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami „kusrodkowi" kolpaka. Pomiedzy wybraniami 3 i otworami 4 rozchodza sie promieniscie od srodka do obwodowej czesci kolpaka ramiona 5, imitujac szprychy. Podstawy wybran 3 i otworów 4 maja ksztalt owali. Ramiona 5 wypuklej tarczy 2 posiadaja podluzne, lezkowe wybrania 6. W srodkowej czesci wypuklej tarczy 2 znajduje sie talerzykowe zaglebienie 7 otoczone pierscieniowym rowkiem 8. Na obwodzie talerzykowego zaglebienia 7 usytuowane sa imitacje imbusowych nakretek 9 osadzone w cylindrycznych wybraniach 10. Zewnetrzny profilowany pierscien 1 obniza sie, stopniowo, ku czesci tylnej kolpaka, przechodzac w wewnetrzny pierscien H, przy czym na wewnetrznym pierscieniu II , pomiedzy ramionami 5, usytuowane sa imbusowe sruby 12 (fig. 1 i 2).Fig.1 Fig.2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a decorative hubcap for a car wheel. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the hubcap - in a frontal view, and Fig. 2 - the hubcap - in a half-section and half-side view. Essential features of the industrial design: The front part of the hubcap, in a frontal view, resembles the shape of a wheel with spokes, with its rim being a profiled ring and its central part being a convex disc 2 having recesses 3 in its peripheral part, gradually transforming into holes 4 with shapes resembling isosceles triangles, the rounded vertices of which point "toward the center" of the hubcap. Between the recesses 3 and the holes 4, arms 5 radiate from the center to the peripheral part of the hubcap, imitating spokes. The bases of the recesses 3 and holes 4 are oval in shape. The arms 5 of the convex disc 2 have elongated, teardrop-shaped recesses 6. In the central part of the convex disc 2 there is a plate-like recess 7 surrounded by an annular groove 8. On the circumference of the plate-like recess 7 there are imitations of Allen nuts 9 mounted in cylindrical recesses 10. The outer profiled ring 1 gradually lowers towards the rear part of the cap, transforming into the inner ring H, and on the inner ring II, between the arms 5, Allen screws 12 are located (fig. 1 and 2).
