Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona do kosmety- ków samochodowych, odmrazaczy do szyb samochodowych, srodków do mycia i czyszczenia i tym podobnych. Zamkniecie butelki wykonanej z two- rzywa sztucznego stanowi alternatywnie zakretka lub reczny rozpylacz. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniona jest na zlaczonej ilu- stracji, na której Fig. przedstawia widok z boku butelki, zas Fot. 1, Fot. 2, Fot. 3 oraz Fot. 4 przedstawiaja fotografie butelki wedlug wzoru w róznych uje- ciach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to uksztaltowanie górnej czesci butelki której przekrój poprzeczny jest znacznie mniejszy od przekroju poprzecznego czesci srodkowej i dolnej, przy czym górna czesc butelki ma od strony przedniej trzy szerokie poziome wyzlobienia o pólkolistym przekroju po- przecznym. Wyzlobienia te sa dostosowane do ksztaltu palców reki. Po prze- ciwnej stronie niz poziome wyzlobienia sa wykonane cztery skosne podluzne wypukle garby zachodzace na boczne powierzchnie górnej czesci butelki. Czesc srodkowa butelki ma od góry ksztalt lukowaty przy czym od strony górnej i tylnej ograniczona jest lukiem o promieniu wiekszym niz od strony przedniej. Przekrój poprzeczny czesci srodkowej i dolnej jest zblizony do tra- pezu o lukowych bokach, zas w dolnej czesci butelki na bocznych po- wierzchniach wytloczony jest napis SUNNYCAR.Fig. 1 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle intended for car cosmetics, car window defrosters, cleaning agents, and the like. The plastic bottle closure can alternatively be a cap or a hand-held sprayer. The bottle according to the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a side view of the bottle, while Photo 1, Photo 2, Photo 3, and Photo 4 show photographs of the bottle according to the design from various angles. The essential features of the industrial design include the shape of the upper part of the bottle, the cross-section of which is significantly smaller than the cross-sections of the middle and lower parts, with the upper part of the bottle having three wide horizontal grooves with a semicircular cross-section on the front. These grooves are adapted to the shape of the fingers of a hand. On the opposite side of the horizontal grooves are four oblique, elongated, convex humps that overlap the sides of the upper part of the bottle. The middle part of the bottle has an arc-shaped top, with the upper and rear sides bounded by an arc with a radius greater than the front. The cross-section of the middle and lower parts is similar to a trapezoid with arc-shaped sides, while the lower part of the bottle features the embossed "SUNNYCAR" inscription on the side surfaces.
