Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest komplet opakowan, zwlaszcza do kleju, skladajacy sie z kartoniku w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu i tuby. Komplet opakowan wedlug wzoru jest uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia rzut prostokatny rozlozonego kartoniku, a fig. 2 rzut prostokatny rozlozonej tuby. Nowa postac wzoru przejawia sie w kolorystyce i ornamentyce. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego kompletu opakowan jest kolorystyka zólto-czarna z czerwonym pasem, na tle którego umieszczono wyrazenie „Jakosc firmy" i logo „HENKEL", przy czym opakowania maja kolor tla czarny stanowiacy w przyblizeniu ok. 1/3 wymiaru pionowego opakowania i zólty w czesci górnej, gdzie umieszczono charakterystyczne logo „PATTEX" w formie prostokata o tle zólto-czarnym, wewnatrz którego umieszczono winietke w ksztalcie odwróconej litery „V" koloru bialego z czerwonym, dolnym brzegiem, na tle której widoczny jest czerwony napis „PATTEX", natomiast ponizej, na czarnym tle umieszczono nazwe rodzaju kleju: „BUTAPREN", ponizej napis „plus" oraz na tle równolegloboku w kolorze czerwono-zóltym, gdzie na czerwonym tle jest widoczny napis „SUPER MOCNY", a na tle zóltym: „elastyczny" i wodoodporny", a ponizej równolegloboku umieszczony jest napis „Bez szkodliwego toluenu" umieszczony wewnatrz elipsy narysowanej cienka, biala kreska i ozdobionej czterolistna koniczynka w kolorze zielonym, a pozostale napisy i piktogramy maja charakter techniczno-informacyjny.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a set of packaging, particularly for adhesives, consisting of a cuboid box and a tube. The set of packaging according to the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a rectangular view of the unfolded box, and Fig. 2 shows a rectangular view of the unfolded tube. The new form of the design is evident in the color scheme and ornamentation. An important feature of the industrial design of the packaging set is the yellow and black color scheme with a red stripe, against which the phrase "Quality of the company" and the "HENKEL" logo are placed, while the packaging has a black background color constituting approximately 1/3 of the vertical dimension of the packaging and yellow in the upper part, where the characteristic "PATTEX" logo is placed in the form of a rectangle on a yellow and black background, inside which there is a tag in the shape of an inverted letter "V" in white with a red lower edge, against which the red inscription "PATTEX" is visible, while below, against a black background there is the name of the type of glue: "BUTAPREN", below the inscription "plus" and against the background of a red and yellow parallelogram, where against a red background there is the inscription "SUPER STRONG" and against a yellow background: "flexible" and waterproof, and below the parallelogram there is the inscription "Bez harmful toluene" placed inside an ellipse drawn with a thin white line and decorated with a green four-leaf clover, and the remaining inscriptions and pictograms are of technical and informational nature.
