Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór nadruku, stosowany do nadruku etykiet na mydlo, opakowan jednostkowych mydla, materialów do opako- wan zbiorczych mydla takich jak folie z tworzyw sztucznych, folie metalowe, pa- pier, karton pakowy itp. Znane sa z obrotu rynkowego róznego rodzaju wzor y nadruków stosowa- ny do nadruku etykiet na mydlo, opakowan jednostkowych mydla, materialów do opakowan zbiorczych mydla takich jak folie z tworzyw sztucznych, folie metalowe, papier, karton pakowy, spelniajace funkcje ozdobne i estetyczne oraz indywiduali- zujace wyrób. Istote wzoru nadruku wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i po- siadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, kolorystyke oraz jego ornamentacje. The essence of a print design according to an industrial design is the new and unique appearance of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, colors, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the print pattern in a rectangular layout.
