Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lezanka do masazu i wypoczynku z podnoszonym oparciem glowy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowia nowe i posiadajace indywidualny charakter lezanki do masazu, nadane im przez charakterystyczny ksztalt, budowe, zastosowany material i umieszczone na nich napisy. Obie skrzynki sa polaczone z soba obrotowo za pomoca zawiasów tasmowych przymocowanych do sasiadujacych z soba poprzecznych boków skrzynki przedniej i tylnej. Blat jest wylozony gabka i pokryty skajem, a czolowe boki blatu stolu przedni i tylny maja otwory mocowania poduszki wsparcia glowy i wieszaka rolki recznika. Blat jest wsparty na konstrukcji nosnej lezanki obejmujacej rame mocowania nóg, pod która usytuowana jest krzyzowa konstrukcja wzmacniajaca lub pólka, wraz z jej listwowymi obrzezami. Boczne powierzchnie nóg maja osadzone w otworach sruby oraz wzdluzne ksztaltowe wybrania prowadzace, w których wprowadzone sa odpowiadajace im wypusty prostokatnych przedluzek skokowej regulacji wysokosci lezanki osadzane na srubach i przykrecane do nóg nakretkami z walcowymi nasadkami. Podniesiony zaglówek lezanki jest utrzymywany w pozycji podniesionej bocznymi zastrzalami lub teowymi zastrzalami, Listwowe obrzeza poprzeczne pólki ma naniesiony znak towarowy HABYS. W drugiej odmianie wykonania wzoru przemyslowego lezanka ma konstrukcje identyczna jak w odmianie pierwszej, ma blat w kolorze niebieskim, a w otworach tylnejczesci blatu osadzony jest metalowy wieszak rolki recznika jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2 i 2a. 3. W trzeciej odmianie wykonania wzoru przemyslowego lezanka ma konstrukcje identyczna jak w odmianie pierwszej, ma blat w kolorze niebieskim, a w otworach przedniej czesci blatu podnoszonego oparcia glowy osadzone jest wykonane w ksztalcie podkowy dodatkowe oparcie glowy obciagniete skajem w kolorze niebieskim jak przedstawiono na Fig. 3 i 3a. 4. W czwartej odmianie wykonania wzoru przemyslowego lezanka ma blat wykonany w postaci dwóch odwróconych dnem do góry drewnianych skrzynek przedniej oparcia glowy i tylnej lezankowej, polaczonych ze soba obrotowo za pomoca zawiasów tasmowych przymocowanych do sasiadujacych z soba poprzecznych boków skrzynki przedniej i tylnej. Blat jest wsparty na konstrukcji nosnej lezanki obejmujacej rame mocowania nóg, której listwy boczne w poblizu krawedzi maja otwory i pod która usytuowana jest krzyzowa konstrukcja rozpierajaca nogi w postaci listew poprzecznych polaczonych listwa wzdluzna. Podniesiony zaglówek lezanki jest utrzymywany w pozycji podpórka w ksztalcie polozonego dwuteownika, jak przedstawiono na ilustracjach Fig.4,4a i 4b. 5. W piatej odmianie wykonania wzoru przemyslowego lezanka ma konstrukcje jak w odmianie czwartej, blat ma w kolorze niebieskim, a tylna jego czesc ma dodatkowe wyposazenie w postaci drewnianego wieszaka rolki recznika, jak przedstawiono na ilustracjach Fig.5 i 5a 6. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique massage couch, given its distinctive shape, construction, materials, and inscriptions. The subject of the design is shown in illustrations in the form of color prints, in which Fig. 1 shows a couch in blue with a lower shelf and a lifting headrest, Fig. 1a - Fig. 1c shows respectively the couch from Fig. 1 in an enlarged view, a couch with a headrest raised at various levels and secured with a side support, the couch in a back view, Fig. 2 a couch in blue with a lower shelf and a lifting headrest as in Fig. 1 with a metal towel roll holder hung on the opposite side of the headrest, Fig. 2a a couch from Fig. 2 in an enlarged view, Fig. 3 a couch in blue with an additionally mounted headrest, Fig. 3a a couch from Fig. 3 in an enlarged view, Fig. 4 a beige couch with a lifting headrest and slat-reinforced legs, Fig. 4a and 4b, The daybed from Fig. 4, enlarged, and the daybed from Fig. 4, enlarged, with the headrest lowered, Fig. 5 a blue daybed of a design similar to that in Fig. 4 with an additional wooden towel roll hanger mounted in the rear of the daybed, Fig. 5a a blue daybed from Fig. 5, enlarged, Fig. 6 a blue daybed of a design similar to that in Fig. 4 with the headrest raised. The daybed is characterized in that it has a top made in the form of two upside-down wooden boxes of the same depth and width and different longitudinal side lengths, in which the shorter front part, serving as the headrest, is preferably square and the longer, rear part, serving as the daybed, is rectangular. Both boxes are pivotally connected to each other by means of tape hinges attached to the adjacent transverse sides of the front and rear boxes. The tabletop is lined with foam and covered with imitation leather, and the front and rear sides of the tabletop have mounting holes for a headrest cushion and a towel roll holder. The tabletop is supported by the couch's supporting structure, which includes a leg mounting frame, beneath which a cross-shaped reinforcing structure or shelf is located, along with its slatted edges. The side surfaces of the legs have screws embedded in the holes and longitudinal guide recesses, which accommodate corresponding rectangular extensions for the couch's incremental height adjustment. These extensions are mounted on screws and screwed to the legs with cylindrical cap nuts. The raised headrest of the couch is held in the raised position by side braces or T-braces. The slatted transverse edges of the shelf are marked with the HABYS trademark. The daybed is made in six varieties, characterized by the fact that in the first variety, the top is blue, under the top it has a shelf that stiffens the structure of the daybed, step-by-step adjustment of the daybed height and strut-shaped side protection of the raised headrest, in the second variety, the daybed in the color and design as in the first variety has an additional metal towel roll hanger in the back of the top, in the third variety, the daybed in the color and design as in the first variety has an additional headrest mounted in the front of the raised headrest, in the fourth variety, the top is beige and under the top the legs of the daybed are reinforced with crossbars and a longitudinal bar, in the fifth variety, the daybed with a structure similar to the fourth variety is made in blue and has an additional wooden towel roll hanger in the back, while in the sixth variety, the daybed with a structure similar to the fourth variety has a top in the color Blue. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. In the first variant of the industrial design, the daybed has a top made of two upside-down wooden boxes: the front headrest and the rear daybed. They are pivotally connected by strap hinges attached to the adjacent transverse sides of the front and rear boxes. The top is lined with foam and covered with blue imitation leather, and the front transverse sides of the daybed have mounting holes for additional accessories. The top is supported by the daybed's supporting structure, which includes a leg mounting frame, beneath which a shelf is located, along with its slatted edges. The side surfaces of the legs have holes and shaped guide recesses in which are embedded corresponding protrusions of rectangular wooden extensions for the couch's incremental height adjustment. These extensions are mounted on screws threaded through holes in the legs and extensions and tightened with a nut with a wooden cylindrical cap. The raised headrest of the couch is held in position by side braces, as shown in the illustrations, Fig. 1, 1a, 1b, 1c. 2. In the second version of the industrial design, the couch has a construction identical to the first version, with a blue top, and a metal towel roll holder mounted in the holes in the rear of the top, as shown in Fig. 2 and 2a. 3. In the third version of the industrial design, the daybed has a design identical to the first, with a blue top, and an additional horseshoe-shaped headrest covered with blue imitation leather is embedded in the openings in the front of the lifting headrest, as shown in Figs. 3 and 3a. 4. In the fourth version of the industrial design, the daybed has a top made of two upside-down wooden boxes: the front headrest and the rear daybed, pivotally connected by strap hinges attached to the adjacent transverse sides of the front and rear boxes. The top is lined with sponge and covered with beige imitation leather. The tabletop is supported on a supporting structure of the couch including a leg mounting frame, the side slats of which have openings near the edges and under which a cross-shaped leg-spreading structure is located in the form of transverse slats connected by a longitudinal slat. The raised headrest of the couch is held in position by a support in the shape of a lying I-beam, as shown in illustrations Fig. 4, 4a and 4b. 5. In the fifth variant of the industrial design, the couch has a structure as in the fourth variant, the tabletop is blue, and its rear part has additional equipment in the form of a wooden towel roll hanger, as shown in illustrations Fig. 5 and 5a. 6.
