Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podstawka szklana- PROMETEO. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu szklanego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie oraz ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji zbiorczej. Ilustracja Fig 1 przedstawia podstawke od góry, ilustracja Fig 2, Fig 3, Fig 4- pokazuje mozliwosci tloczenia w przekroju poprzecznym. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, uwidocznionym na ilustracji, przedstawiono talerzyk w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, gdzie nózka podstawki posiada ksztalt kwadratu o polowe mniejszego od kwadratu, bedacego górna czescia talerzyka szklanego. W pole kwadratu podstawy wpisany jest logotyp marki PROMETEO, zas wokól wewnetrznej krawedzi kwadratu górnego biegnie napis PROMETEO.Elementy graficzne podstawka moga byc wytloczone z formy, jak i wypiaskowane. Odmiany sposobów tloczenia przedstawione sa na ilustracji Fig 2, Fig 3 i Fig 4, gdzie ilustracja Fig 2 przedstawia tloczenie wkleslych napisów od spodu, Fig 3 tloczenie wkleslych napisów od góry, Fig 4 tloczenie napisów wypuklych od góry. Wypukle formy graficzne daja mozliwosc ich piaskowania, wiec wizualnie talerzyk bylby przezroczysty z oszronionymi elementami logotypu. Metoda tloczenia wkleslego daje efekt odwrotny, czyli podstawek oszroniony, a napisy przezroczyste. Elementy graficzne z formy pozwalaja na zaniechanie dodatkowych sposobów zdobniczych, czyli calosc wzoru ze szkla przezroczystego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of glassware, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached collective illustration. Illustration Fig. 1 shows the coaster from above, while illustrations Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4 show the embossing possibilities in cross-section. According to the industrial design shown in the illustration, a cuboid plate is presented, where the coaster's leg is shaped like a square half the size of the square that forms the top of the glass plate. The PROMETEO brand logo is inscribed within the square of the base, and the PROMETEO inscription runs around the inner edge of the upper square. The graphic elements of the coaster can be embossed from a mold or sandblasted. Variations of embossing methods are shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4, where Fig. 2 shows concave lettering embossed from the bottom, Fig. 3 shows concave lettering embossed from the top, and Fig. 4 shows convex lettering embossed from the top. Convex graphic forms can be sandblasted, so the plate would appear transparent with frosted logo elements. The concave embossing method produces the opposite effect, i.e., the plate is frosted and the lettering is transparent. The graphic elements from the form allow for the omission of additional decorative methods, meaning the entire design is made of transparent glass. The essential features of the industrial design of the PROMETEO glass coaster result from the use of an original form and shape for the production of the glass product, as well as the decoration method.
